Cant delete old character

When i tried to delete a old junky character (sakurachaan) i made ages ago, rather than successfully delete itself it just started flashing and not delete after the 5-6 minute delay, so i had to hit restore. but now im stuck with a templar ive long since replaced. also just to save an extra topic, my newer templar (anahitaa) has a bugged abyss rank, normally it wouldnt bug me since im not much into PvP, but it rather just have it out of the way and fixed if possible. however since i bought some stuff on that char id ratehr not have to remake her though i might try sending her to the other more popular server.

 

btw are u from Siel or lumiel? .Try Deleting it again type the word " Confirm Delete" Properly (make sure your not in any legion or you dont have any items in you warehouse and broker , Then try restarting your client open it again after 5-6 mins . About you templar , what kind of abyss bug? u cant buy any items using abyss?

 

ok for the abyss bug i can buy stuff just fine but when i gain or lose abyss point the rank doesnt change. no legion or item in stoarege or anything, cleared out every item.

 

If you mean the rank, the rank can be determined now By Glory points , you can see them at the top of your abyss points . You can earn them through Siege , Events (like 1v1 , 2 gods and more).
abyss rank is only until Elyos/Asmodian Rank 1 after that you need Glory points in order to climb up until Elyos/Asmodian Army 1-star and so on . You need 1.300+ Glory points to become 1star.

 

the abyss rank is because it stuck at soldier 7. also delete in progress.

you need 200k or more to become rank 1. if my steps are not effective then better call some moderators here , you can PM them ^.^

 

Just to give you an Idea, if you can't get rid of your Character (Sakurachaan), but you still want to use the name, Try to log in your account in our main website (Gamezaion.com), go to "Player Transfer Service" and transfer your (Sakurachaan) from Siel to Lumiel, Only if you are in Siel Server, since you said that your character has no legion by this time.

• Also if you are going to create a new character and about to use the same name, do not forget to restart the client before doing so.

Then just transfer it in Lumiel (its free) and be sure to get all your valuable items ^>^

Since you already moved your character to lumiel, if this happens again after waiting the 5mins resrart your client and try deleting the char again it should work then.

 

didnt really move it to begin with, it was always there.

 

Lumiel is bugged. Drleting can take up to 48 hours.
