    I have Windows 10 and and seen that many in the windows 7 if it serves them but 10 not that be the problem?:(

    Okay, speak in english please. Your system is 32bits, that's why you are having problems with itempak, not because you have win10. If you want itempak working properly, upgrade your operating system to win10 64bit.
