Client Issue Arch Deava Quest Bugged

First Quest Which is titled "Covert Communiques"
At the last part of the quest when you to talk to Viola to finish the quest there a symbol with blue wings appeared that i did see level up but
i notice im still stuck at level 65 so i proceed to the next quest i thought its was just a bugged

and the Second Quest is titled "Memories of Eternity"
And there goes again Im stuck at this part of the quest i cant click the Keeper Leibo which is invincible in my screen
Quest Part Titled "Talk with Record Keeper Leibo."
i try to restart the quest 5 times and still get the bugged everytime in this part

anyone can help me please i stuck at level 65 now i cant finish the arch deava quest

You not are stuck in lvl65, because the archdaeva quest have 2 parts: you will be lvl 67 when finish "Memories of Eternity" too
