Solved WOC2 Gone

UNFORTUNATEN EVENING. Please help me T.T . my WOC 2, was gone T.T. PLEASE AM's can anyone here please help me.

What exactly happened? Have you tried enchanting it and it failed? A little more information would be useful so that we can help you out if there indeed was an issue.

More info sir. I am experimenting on new updates in aion because I'm not a member here I'm just a newbie. My brother gave that WOC 2 to me then I enchant it with omega. At first five attempt I succeed . then I got carried away I upgrade it again but when the loading of upgrade was finished poooofff the WOC 2 was gone . I'm so sorry for what I've done I'm newbie here T.T am I welcome here sir ?
And that time my heart was really broken coz I don't have an idea that was gonna happen please help me please.. Please please. Thanks in advance.

 

Because I thought it was like the plumes T.T and I thought I can upgrade it to WOC 3

 

Alright I understand that you've enchanted the wings and after the fifth attempt it failed. When enchanting WOC2 (and other items that can break while enchanting), there is a little warning message that comes up stating that [if the enchantment fails your equipment will break]. This sadly means that we cannot do anything in this instance. I understand that you are excited to play however being a little more careful next time won't hurt . Always read anything before enchanting or fusing or doing something of sort that could harm your equips. Sorry to hear about what happened though.

 

Sir does this means you can't help me get it back ? It was an accident T.T please help. Please please please . I really need to get it back T.T please.

Coz if don't get it back I think its the end of AION for me T.T

I am sorry about the item however our policies do not allow us to replace items simply because of the game's features.. Aion's gameplay allows the wings to break, therefore there weren't any issues from our side, it is the game that simply runs this way. If we were to replace anything that would 'break' upon enchanting, why would we still include an enchanting feature at all and not just simply give out fully enchanted gear. I am sorry but that's the most I can say and do for you. Closing this as the 'issue' has been answered. Please leave me a PM if you still feel upset about this decision.
