    even woc2 u wont have max atk speed i have 1.7 with woc2

    i wear woc 1 but i dont feel the the attack speed its just like a normal atk speed i hope the admin will fix the bug

    It's actually not Woc1. Its your weapon, usually atk speed bonus of weapons are 19% since it is somewhat bugged that 19% is getting filled up by Woc1 + Atk speed scroll which is around 18%. :D

    yea is not woc issue, weapons cast/attack not working. it will be fixed just be patient:)

    guess what my weapon have atk speed bonus of weapons are 19% lols, so the bonus atk speed of the weapon is the bug now -.-
