I need some help

Hello i have the official aion servers.is there any patch to instal there so i wont have to download the whole game from your site?

 

if have have ncsoft installed already, u only need gamez loader from gamezaion.com. log on your account and u can see the download link

 

i cant find it..i have ncsoft aion instaled so i dont wanna download whole game again

yeah well i downloaded it and im getting dc when i try to log in.

did it twice.it says i have no connection to the server

Turn off your anti-virus, firewall and try to run it, also make sure that you are running it as admin.

 

did all of them nothing changed..

 

Any ping reducers/game boosters? If yes, turn them off. Also, are you sure you have installed the launcher in the right directory?

 

no ping reducers/game boosters,and yeah i instaled the launcher in the ncsoft/aion where the game is..pff

 

Right in the aion folder, not ncsoft, might want to try reinstalling the launcher. You are probably missing some files that allow you to connect.

 

how can i do a full update from the launcher?i can only see start game not update or full check.
yeah i did it,i isntaled it in aion folder..
