Enchantment Extraction does not work? Noob question pls Help >.<

I tried to do to get enchant stone to upgrade my armor level 65 but the time i did Enchantment Extraction always fail/wont work.
how should I upgrade my gear.
and enchant stone which level to level my gear (eternal armor)? pls help sorry bad english and Ty for help

 

my noob answer, is that they were removed on 5.0, here is a new system for extraction, but atm it s not working

 

if you want to get enchantment stone just kill high level mobs you can get from it

 

Nothing works except Web shop and Infinity shard

 

kill the mobs at the new map they have some Epsilon drop..

 

ty for information..btw wich map for asmo/elyos drop enchant stone to upgrade eternal gear? and pls answer what level enchant stone for type of gear..ex. green,blue,gold,orange gears..sry bad english..and ty for ur help..best regards
