Top Secret Order [Elyos Quest] Bugged?

I was doing the last part of the Quest and i need to buy this
quest item name "Special Grade Secret Box" but the NPC is missing the location
is this quest bugged? if not then can someone help me

most quest on enshar are bugged..

 

It's not bugged, the npc moves from one camp to another. Try checking the other camps

 

already check the three camps in cygnea the npc is not around

Please be patient while an S.am fixes your problem.

 

You will not find it unless you seek it at the right time.

They both spawn at the same time start from 10 am - 24 Server time.
Current Server Time is 2:40 AM.
This mean 8hours later, you can start searching for it.

 

i think the NPC Charlesrunerk are still in the same place. it never been remove or transfer in the other village. been that before its about 24hrs after, (Log in) i return to the Erivale Territory Village. the NPC is there. so try another day return to that village.

i already check the 6 camps in cygnae including the one you referring which is Erivale Territory Village the npc is stil missing the area

just relax sir it will return. maybe he has out of quest box (joke) he will come back by tomorrow.

 

Now we have the same problem the NPC is Gone.. hahah He will be back soon ..
