Confused about the returners package of laurels

    as i returned after 5.0 got implemented here, it showed me that i can get a returners package of laurels.. but it gave the laurels to a random alt of mine.. it didnt even allow me to choose which character i want them on.. can i get them transferred from the wrong char to the correct character?
    from Showtek (glad) to Caeryne (gunner)
    and ofc lumiel server.

    i cant put them into acc wh, it says i cant.

    Besides my archdaeva quest "Covert Communiques" got bugged after i went to Iluma, no video showed up. so maybe it can be reset somehow?
