    Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64) from here.

    2 more things I would add to that. Service pack 1 is the prerequisite for that update so if they don't have it, it will fail to install. In those cases they have to get the service pack first.
    The 2nd point is that this is for 64bit systems. If they have a 32bit OS the injection is unnecessary as the purpose behind it is to enable the 64bit client (32bit OS can only run the 32bit one anyway). In those cases they are better off using the .bat launcher to bypass all this.

    In this case they have Win 10 which is definitely 64bit so yea windows updates and the redistributable should get it to run.

    im running 64 bit OS. already installed the c++ red. but the error still occurs ..

    You can now choose to try from two options:

    Either download Windows6.1-KB976932-x64 (for 64-bit OS) from here and install Service Pack 1 OR
    Download this file called GamezAION.bat.

    Once you've downloaded the .bat file, put it in your Aion folder. Create a shortcut by right clicking the file and select, "Create a Shortcut", then drag the shortcut into your desktop. Having done that, start your game by clicking the GamezAION.bat shortcut on your desktop.

    .bat file doesnt seem to launch. It asks for aion.bin or aion.exe file.

    im currently downloading the Windows6.1-KB976932-x64 file but it's kinda huge so still waiting.

    Did you put it in your Aion folder and only dragged the shortcut into the desktop?

    Im havin the same problem as cyberhex , i even deleted old client .. downloaded 5.0 and still saying aion.bin missing .. i checked all files were they need to be .. but still same error always ..
