Disconnect after few minutes

Hi guys, can anyone help me with this problem. Yesterday after maintenance i always disconnect after 5-10min ingame.??

 

and also you dont have item pack right?
we're same at first i do have item pack and i didnt get DC'ed after the DOWN yesterday..now when i try to LOG-IN again i always go get DC'ed and aslo my ITEM PACK gone(not working) i tried to re-DOWNLOAD) it again but still no ITEM PACK and always getting DC'ed!!!!

 

same problem here always dc for 5-10 mins

 

i will try to install the item pak again.

 

lol i just notice now my new item was gone

when i reinstall the item pak, the result is Failed to initialized game. zzz

 

wtheck im dc again any AM/GM pls help us what should we do?? this dc distruct our quest!!!

 

I'm getting the same problem and can't play the game properly. It seems to be an issue among PLDT subscribers just like the players on this thread http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threa...minutes-using-pldt-in-the-philippines.199471/

I do hope @Lautaro can help us sort this out tho. With or without VPN yields the same problem. WTFast has stop working too. It was working fine the first few days after the update but now you can't even connect if you use one.

 

I use battleping and I don't disconnect.
