Not hard if he has relatively good gear and high crit. Rangers get a few damage boosting skills too.

and yes it is normal for a ranger to inflict that dmg if he got full abg accesories and abg bow +15

duel isnt pvp...(pvp dmg activates in pvp not in duels)

I get many rangers did me 3k, 3k, 3k dmg, and i hit them 1k, 800, 1,2 k dmg with thabata bow +15, so, i asked myself same question, how is possible they hit like this! My set is Anuhart +15, and ABG hat, i know is not best, but that dmg is not normal!

i take like 2-3k dmg from rangers...and i have abg set +15 equiped...and no, the dmg is normal thats why ppl say that rangers are op

 

you not understand that ranger is little bit over power? and u beat someone your are happy, but when u are beated , the guy who beat u is hack
