problems on my client

i have problems on my client
no antivirus
no firewall active
visual c++ 2015 installed
sp1 windows 7 instaled
directx installed
vc_redist instaled

 

You have two options as far as I see:

1. Either download Windows6.1-KB976932-x64 (for 64-bit OS) or Windows6.1-KB976932-x86 (for 32-bit OS) from here and install Service Pack 1 (but I see you already have SP1 so ignore this) OR

2. Download this file called GamezAION.bat.
Once you've downloaded the .bat file, put it in your Aion folder. Create a shortcut by right clicking the file and select, "Create a Shortcut", then drag the shortcut into your desktop. Having done that, start your game by clicking the GamezAION.bat shortcut on your desktop.

 

my friend tryed to update and gave me same error on update i tryed to force update to see if is mising any folder

 

Have you tried the second solution?
