Solved Can't start game (helping a friend)

He was able to play gamez way back 4.8 but now he downloaded the whole game through website and deleted his aion 4.8 client and he got this error.

 

Tell him to try reinstalling his Gamez Launcher. He can download it from the website.

 

He tried but still he got the same error

 

Okay. Tell him to do the following then:

If you downloaded the game through NCSOFT, please follow the instructions under NCSOFT Client Downloads:

If you downloaded it through torrent, check the same thread under GamezAION Official Torrent Downloads and follow the instructions carefully!
Make sure once you put the BAT file to the right place, you start the game by clicking the BAT file!

But he didn't update his client. He downloaded new client and deleted the previous one.

 

So his client is 5.0. He must download the GamezAION.bat from here, put it in his Aion folder, create a shortcut and drad that in his desktop.
Having done that, he should be able to start his Aion by clicking that bat shortcut in his desktop.
