I see you've added a screenshot now. Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64) by clicking here!

 

This is connected to the C++ program I've linked you above. I assume you have downloaded/installed it, haven't you?

If yes, and even after you get the issue and your PC is SP1, well.
You will have to download GamezAION.bat from here, and after putting it in your Aion folder and creating a shortcut on your desktop, run the game by clicking the shortcut in your desktop!

 

do i need to update my aion again because my aion have update and its 3.0GB

 

No, you don't have to redownload any Aion.

As I said, you can either choose to install Service Pack 1 (in case your PC doesn't have it) by clicking here:
If you have 64Bit OS install update download: Windows6.1-KB976932-x64
If you have 32Bit OS install update download: Windows6.1-KB976932-x86


If it still doesn't work, you can choose the easier solution and it's by using the GamezAION.bat file which you can download here.
Put it in your Aion folder, create a shortcut and drag it into your desktop. Then run the game by clicking that bat file.
