Plssss help me with this!!

just got back to playing aion after months of inactivity and i see its now 5.0 and im having problems with leveling i finished covert comuniques quest and didnt level up after getting 25m xp.. then someone told me it was in the mail i checked its ??? and no icon on the item attached.. i took the attachment and used it and then it dispappeared.. is there a way to get back that item..?? this is really bug isnt it?

 

I think, the problem is with your client/item pak. Not sure, but you can asks staffs around @Nueve

It's actually a letter for a quest , but no worries, you can ask AMs to resend another letter. Ill try to find the item.pak and etc in a min xD

Technically the items.pak is not a requirement. The problem is people have leftovers of their old ones that do not get replaced when the client updates, meaning any new item released in 5.0 will not be visible.

They should go to their data\usa\items\ and delete any XML files (hint: look for last modified date saying 2015)

In any case the items.pak will be getting an update. Gotta tell Puddles what to change to allow storing of mounts in account warehouse at least.
