hi , i have problem with this compaign, i used option on web page earlier than it was released, account (cqtzeusai) and it gived me not only to wrong char but it sended completly diferent items , have video recording of this bug as proof, same bug happened to my onother account (cqtzeusai2), and on third one (cqtzeusai3) im getting error rp-009, reply on the matter would be most appreciated

@Lautaro Excuse me sir, I am playing in my own house with me and my brothers and that means we only have 1 IP address. I just wanna confirm If we are allowed to claim those boxes in the same IP address because I don't wanna get accused of "Abusing the system" just like what happened last time with the Christmas Event.

 

If the systems allows you to, go ahead. If not, it will just let you get rewarded on one account. You'll have to claim the reward for the other accounts somewhere else with a different ip.

 

Oh really, Good thing that that's the case this time. I don't ever wanna go back to that "ban panel" thing again. As for that matter, when I attempted to claim my return gift right after my brother claimed his which have gone smoothly, I received similar errors reported by the other users:

Is this the system saying your "IP already claimed once"?
In my search for information in the forum as I read the complains of the other users, I noticed that the person assigned for the job is Sir/Mam @Puddles ?

@zxsabrezx That error means that someone else with the same IP already got rewarded.

it still doesent work.... i have the same error... almost one week and counting, this is so bad , who wants my account, the username is catalinmode and pm me for password, its not worth playing , i remember i used to wake up in the night back in the day, just to vote and get my items, long time ago, and now i have to beg for the items you promised, but it all works for you since when you have weak players like me, the players with better items , will have some fun with,....

wery very poor comitement for staff regarding players, there is a team of players who play all day, including staff,doing events and getting bonuses even if they dont necesarly need it , and the rest of players , just struggle to make an instance for some items that are not good anyway, nobody shares nothing, no advices no nothing if you ask for help, they pretend they dont know or they wont say, or keep dueling you to brag to you , how strong they are.

whoever tries to paint another story of this server, is just lying and has a small group of friends , who he or she plays with , and no more, instead of all the people to enjoy the game, its like a gouverment, only the parlament people get the good stuff, the rest, is just there for filling, nothing enjoyable for them , thats in game too, exactly the same story,
