    I received this message when I tried to complete the Returning Player Campaign on my main account: "Your request could not be completed, please contact support. [RP-009]".
    What can I do?

    Meaning someone under the same IP has already joined the campaign and been rewarded.
    You will need to ask @Lautaro regarding this issue.
    What's your IGN you've tried joining with?
    Try logging in with your other characters from the same account, see if you've received the rest of the items on one of them by any chance.

    @Lautaro, Sir I did what u suggested in claiming the gift in another IP but this time the error message was not [RP-008] it changed into [RP-009]. Does that also implies that the PC's IP has already been used?

    Yes. By simply logging-in to your account once you will reactivate it. After that you can claim your reward.

    It says give it 15 mins for the mail to arrive but it's been like 3 days since I claimed it and still hasn't received any.
