Solved Problem with laurels

Hello, I have a big problem here. I am an old player here, since 2011 or so and I was inactive for some time. When I came back, as a reward, I got all laurels to upgrade custodian set to dawning. Now, when I started to upgrade the set, I managed to upgrade 3 parts to dawning, I am planning to get dawning shoulders in few hours and I was thinking, that I have all the laurels, and I am sure I did, but now, when there is only 2 parts left to upgrade from resplendent to dawning, I noticed, that Honorable General's Hand Laurel is missing. There was no way I could have sold this item, because I have never been a VIP player, also, there is no way I could have dropped it because there is no point. What should I do? Should I buy this part from other players or there is a chance, that I can get this item back from a staff member? Without this part, I can't complete my set... My IG name is Rift.
