    is it able to temper plume to +10??? cuz i failed like 30times at +9 :mad: :mad: :mad: :\

    if you talk about normal plume (not pure plume), yes you can make it +10 and more. I myself made +12 and +13 plume, some friends +14 also. All about luck.
