Solved Boundless Bow of Honor

Im sorry for being Noob..
i just wanted to ask if these weapon can be use by level 83 or higher only.??. as it is stated in webshop As i want to buy this weapon...

 

the lvl cap of the gamez is 75 and the Boundless weapon required lvl 83 how can we use the weapon ?

 

exactly, so what's the used of displaying this in webshop if we can't even buy this with our credits.. tssk!.. tskk!

 

even if for lvl 83, u can still use it at 65. the lvl info is just a visual thing only.

Then that would be Good.. but might as well better if you can just tell that YES! you can use it even if your not lvl 83 though..

yes its permanent I think because its already removed from weekly shop list
