    i've got same problem i need help too.. i already updated the full AION 5.0 Echoes of Eternity and i can log-in NA Retail also in Aion LEO server. but cant log-in here always DC. :(

    Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64) from here, let us know if it solved the issue!

    Her account is most likely hard stuck which means only a server reboot can fix it. If she gets the same login issue even after a server restart, shoot any of the Staffies a PM!
