Solved no game server is available to the authorization server (6)

Dear master

i have 1 problem when i login into gamezaion 5.0 version. when i select the server (siel or lumiel) always disconnected with notification "no game server is available to the authorization server (6)". do you know why or you have steps to fix it?

Download GamezAION.bat from here and put it in your Aion folder. After dragging it into your desktop, run the game by clicking the bat file!

 

try to login with your suggestion is not working when i login with my ID...."ID or password does not match" try to login on the web my password and ID is match nothing problem with my ID
so i try to create new ID and and try to login again in game, it's success! i can login and playing. the question is, what's wrong with my ID?

 

Does your password contain any special symbols or is it too long? If yes, try changing your password!
