Cannot buy form NPC

A few days i got the returning laurel items for upgrading items and found out you cant use them with the starter items. I asked a GM online and i'v been told I should buy the officer gear and then upgrade it with the laurels, but the npc doesnt sell.



As you can see, in the log it says some items are not allowed to be selled from this npc. How im I suppose to use the returning laurels then?

You can buy only Shepherd/Custodian weapons.

 

I hope they would unlock those officer items in the future :3

Ok, let me think if I get it.
You give items in returning system for upgade items. You can use those items only in a few items which you can buy ingame, but those items are not available for x reason, so you cant use the returning laurels.



This is the item I got from returning, and can only be used by the one I'm NOT ALLOWED to buy..

Custodian armors are given with starter packs, and I bought custodian weapon to try to seel for AP a few days ago.

I asked ingame to a GM if you can upgrade custodians, and he told me you CANT upgrade this items. I read this answers you gave me and checked just in case:

the starter set custodian cant upgrade the costudian only hall of fame can be upgrade and custodian and shepherd sets can buy in npc the other sets can't buy

 

You received not only General laurels, but Officer ones also. First you need to purify with officer laurels, THEN with General ones.

Is not my fault the items i got have the same name of the opposite faction items.

Because i HAve custodians, and they cannot be upgraded, this is not false info, you see the screens i posted.

 

I don't know if I'm right. Since I'm reading an armor named "Custodian Tunic", is it augmentable? Coz the augmentable one names "Custodian Divine Tunic" and it can be purified.
