I downloaded the game in version 5.0.2.10 here in the forum, when I start the game appears these errors

Disable your antivirus or add Gamez launcher as an exception into your antivirus, then download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64) by clicking this link. This is the first solution.

If you still have issues with logging in, you will need to use the GamezAION.bat to run the game. Download it from here and put it in your Aion folder! After dragging it into your desktop, run the bat file from there.

 

already downloaded the gamez aion 2 times by utorrent by gamez forum, and now downloaded by ncsoft to be continued and still same error

 

Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 as suggested by Kessie. Also disable your antivirus or add Gamez as a trusted application; they're false positives.
