Coz low ppl in Lumiel atm

 

You mean, Siel to Lumiel? Everyone is free to transfer anytime from Siel to Lumiel, since the fee/cost was removed. Only the Lumiel to Siel is with fee.

As for the population, people do call it "the dead server", but its not dead if the ping is good. People really matter about their ping like me. If I have better ping (because its an EU server), I'd transfer, but since it's worse than my ping in US (Siel server), I stayed in Siel.

Yeah, I think you have to pm the staffs atm, since they forgot to put the Player Transfer Service in the website.

 

They dont forget i think just working on repair bugs and make the webpage too was hard

 

click User Control Panel (My Characters) selection upper of My Account view characters then choose transfer button make sure your character not in Legion before transferring

Note:
Transfer service from Lumiel to Siel =1,500 VIP credit / Vote Points
Transfer service from Siel to Lumiel = 0 credit means its free

 

actually they didn't forgot it is available in User Control Panel (My Characters) selection upper of My Account check it out

your wrong its working very well couple of hours ago i transferred my char from Lumiel to Siel

 

@Lance is correct. Transfer Service seems to be working now thanks to @Lautaro.
Under User Control Panel after you logged into the website, select 'My Characters' to have all of them listed, and use the 'Transfer' button besides the toon that you would like to transfer.
