Solved Blocked Transfer Service

I have a little probl with the transfer service :
This morning I tried to transfer my char named Nadoka (asmodian) on Lumiel and the website page continues to say me since more than 2 hours "you currently have an active player transfer"

Well I did maybe some mistakes :
1 : I tried to transfer Nadoka when she was still in a legion but I kick her out of it then char selection --> select serv --> re-enter siel serv, it was the working manip during 4.8
2 : I'm trying to transfer an asmodian char on my Lumiel acc alrdy containing an Elyos char to get the both race permission ( as it was possible during 4.8 ^^ )

Could an admin also just cancel my current transfer or make it manually please

I transferred your character Nadoka to Lumiel, there were no issues at all, so not really sure why you were getting that active transfer error, but I'll keep an eye on the transfer service.
