Solved Account info reset

hey there. I am confused how does this account lock system works. Year ago my account was hacked and I think he manage to configure this function and I dunno what is my pin and everything. I just came back and check what is new in this version. I would like to request a reset of my security questions, pin and account lock system. I am willing to attach any documents that will prove that I am the owner of this account. One of my character's name is archvanarl and since 2010 my gmail account connected to this account wasn't changed.
