GUyzz Can I ask SOmeThing about LVL BOOST?

The level boost is it Bug? or not functioning well.. because I have tried many times to lvl boost my characters for the fact that I have gathered enough OTE or TIME for the lvl boost. But when I clicked the lvl boost it seems like nothing Happens in my lvl 72, 71, and 70 characters. Its okay for me if it doesnt functioning well but my point is that it decreases my OTE by 2 hours each time i click the lvl boost. Guyzz Please Help me..
Im counting On your Response for problem.. I hope you will fix it. Coz players are having a hard time of making 60 hrs of Online gaming to make their characters lvl boost to 75 but nothing happens. PLEASE WHY IS IT THEIR IS A DECREASE IN OTE EACH I CLICK THE ICON..

Everytime you click the level boost it deducts 2hours on your OTE and it should give you 10b worth of exp.
