Is there a possibility that I can use my previous name ingame. I can no longer open my account for some reason, maybe deleted for not being able to play for months. And is there an easy guide to update the game client, le easy way. Thank you.

I need you to tell me one character's name and the server it is on so I could check if the account is there. Also, you're talking about update, what aion version do you have right now?

 

My character name was Pawn and well, my Aion version is still 4.7.

Banned for what? It was unbanned for lacking proofs.

 

Still says perm banned for me. I actually remember this ban back in march. I don't see how you would not remember this but if you want more info to why it's banned then you can see me a pm.
