What is wrong with my account???? CARL READ MY PM PLEASE!

Ok, here is the run down. I first started playing with this account on Elyos side. I decided to try the Asmos side. I found a great legion and decided I wanted to be on Asmo side. On Tuesday of this week, I traded gold from my Elyos characters to my Asmos characters. That is when I first lost my kinah the 628 mil. I got upset and sent an email whinning about it but figured I would never see it again because I didn't have SS of it. So Wednesday I did a bunch of quests on my Asmo Fantasie, and created an archer named Emsie on this same account. I did trade a little money to her from the remainder of my Elyos toons. She has lost all her kinah too, but I don't really care, it was only like 24 mil, but every time I make any money on her and log out and log back in she is back to 0 kinah! What I seem to be finding is that the only kinah that will stay on my Asmo Toons is the money from me voting for the server. If I make money from questing or selling I lose it. On my Elyos toons though I still have everything that I had, nothing is missing. So I don't know if I caused this issue or if I am just plan bugged. Should I reinstall? I just don't want to keep losing my kinah. I just don't know what to do! If you can give me some suggestions on how to proceed I will. I only wanted to keep playing on this account because I bought some credits to make it a premium account! I deleted my elyos toons because I plan to stay on Asmos. I'm sorta at my witts end with losing my kinah! Please if you can help tell me what to do! I know this is not my computer that is causing this issue. I have two pc's and when I log on the other one on this account I have the same thing, so it has to be server side! PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

your warehouse is bugged , last time when Carl tried to fix mine , he deleted all the kinah on all my characters too , so you better NOT ask him to fix you , hahahaa

I am currently trading kinah between chars via mail , i waste some kinah , but it`s better than lose all in the account warehouse .

Or create another account , and make other chars , it should be ok .

 

Quick question, Before logging on did you vote? from there on I might be able to help you.. I couldn't read your whole thread without hurting my eyes cause its too grouped up.

also your losing money on your chracter and not just warehouse right?

 

sometimes I vote before logging in, in the mornings I will vote from work, and then when I get home I will log in. I'm not losing money in my WH, I don't put money in there. I am losing it on my character. My acher can make 500 kinah and I can log out to the character screen and log back in and it is gone!

 

just use one of those two methods , since you can`t keep kinah in inventory as well , i suppose the only way is to make new account , mail all your kinah and items , and start over ... shouldn`t take you too much to lvl your chars

 

That's weird, usually you don't lose your kinah until you exit the game. There is a known glitch where you do lose kinah sometimes while voting before logging in though. Also if you can go check your character's inventory and check to see all the way at the bottom to see if more than 1 stash of kinah exist. You can check all this on the gamez website.

 

But this account is a premium account and I don't want to lose that! I paid for that! I spent real life money on that, maybe not a ton but enough!

I'm serious, I have done everything I can think of to make this right on my end, it has to be server side! I never had this problem before! I'm about ready to slit my wrist here (not actually) in frustration!!!!

 

Relax mate, Answer my question above I know it's frustrating losing kinah, I'm also a victim so as a fellow victim I'm trying to help with what I can.

 

No, there isn't any other stacks of Kinah in my inventory or my WH

So theres only 1 stack of kinah? not 2? if this is the case...I'm sorry I wasn't of any use, I'm sure a gm will help you shortly goodluck on this.

 

I have pm'd him and I am waiting for him to respond, it has been over 24 hours since I sent it. I'm wondering if he actually reads all his pm's or if he gets so many he deletes some. He worked with me the other night on this and we thought it was fixed, but as you can see it isn't!
