Not sure how to classify this

I first had issues logging into the server. After fixing that issue, I then deleted my old characters and made a new one. It immediately said reconnecting to server. When I was finally able to log in, I was level 0 and in Sanctum instead of level 1 and in Poeta. I am currently logged in right now walking around asking players for help, but silence is all that answers me.

To fix the lvl 0 problem, all you can do is recreate the character.

 

If you are on siel there is no wonder non answer you that is how siel works . Just delete this toon and create new one
