balaur hard mats drop location

just tried DarkPoeta there drop solid to, everywhere only solid solid solid , what happened to hard balaur ?

 

only map i know that drops hard baluar is in tiamaranta?? (tiamat) but ncsoft removed it

 

never seen any mob drops hard balaur there, first of all hard balaur droped in beluslan, then drop fvcked up and moved to upper reshanta only, and after new update completly fvcked up and there is no way to find it, only 3 mobs in heiron and 3-4 mobs in reshnta, and im sure they didnt remove those by mistake, donno why every update drop/mats/mobs get more fvked up and no plan to fix any of them, only new way to donate more thats all

 

I think you can farm at that place, since there's no elyos coming over there...
