VOTING ISSUE

-WHEN LOGGING IN IT KEEPS RETURNING TO THE HOME PAGE
-SOMETIMES IT CAN OPEN THE SITE, BUT THE VOTE SAY'S (12HRS ALREADY VOTED) LOL

KINDLY PLS FIX THE WEBSITE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IT BEEN A MONTH SINCE THE LAST UPDATE AND THE BUG APPEAR.
I CANT LOG ON TO WEBSITE USING MY ACCOUNT. I TRIED SO MANY ACCOUNT BUT THE RESPONSE IS STILL THE SAME.
PLS GM. I CAN ONLY VOTE BY LUCK. ONES OR TWICE A WEEK. THIS START SINCE 5.0 HAS BEEN LAUNCHED.
IM A PLAYER SINCE 2.0 AND IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO'S EXPERIENCING THIS PROBLEM. SO PLEASE KINDLY FIX IT

Please try to reset the router and see if it works.

 

sir i itried it so many times almost every day, restarting the router , restarting the computer using a mobile device. but the result is still the same.
we are looking forward for the action of GAMEZAION STAFF .,.,.

 

voting dosnt have any problem at least this one works perfectly
and again you cant vote more than one account, delete cookies and try again or use another browser, voting works or not there is no luck, and if you play in game shop/net you will have problem

Resetting the router is different from restarting the router.

will you please post the exact error you get in webpage here, maybe it helps too, and if i get it correct ( had that problem once ) maybe your IP address cause the problem ( cause of routing ), mine is not static so rebooting router/modem fixed it, but if your is static maybe asking your provider to change it helps you, anyway resetting your router setting may fix it too,

I have the same problem as many here have it from the new site. But it is no problem router, modem or accounts, is very probable the problem is your ip, because maybe you have dynamic ip changing every moment when you try to log, now the new site has the added security, it is true the old site was different, but the problem is your ip with the new site :c. Some people chose to enter the site through from the cell phone with internet data that gives telephone company.
It is not the solution but it can get you out of trouble.

 

You keep getting redirected and logged out because your IP address is constantly changing, which is not normal. While you may argue that you have a dynamic IP, these don't change with each and every browser tab refresh, dynamic IP's change when you restart your modem (the one your ISP gave you).

What should you do?
Contact your ISP, they are the only ones able to help you fix your IP address issues.

The workaround is to use a web proxy, just google it.

 

proxy may solve the problem but be careful, it may cause you get permanent ban if system detects that your acting as multi voter ( i donno how it detects ), but if Lautaro says its safe then try it
