You already voted from this computer in the last 12 hours.

So here is the thing, I have 2 computers with different ISP.
I voted on computer 1 1am - vote was a success.
at 1pm i tried voting on computer 1 but it gives me an error of "You already voted from this computer in the last 12 hours."
so i tried voting on computer 2 but still error comes out, it seem the error is connected to my account and not my IP or computer.
Is there anyone knows how to fix this? its almost 24hours that i have not voted yet so a little help will be appreciated thank you.
