    I take the former player reward in my account, the items were the wrong character. I chose my character and Assasin Assasin items, and eventually it was for my spiritmaster, what I do?

    You have received laurels and Ceramium Medals etc. You can store your items in your account warehouse in order to move them to your other character.

    Pardon? You should be able to store those items in your account warehouse (perhaps except for your mount).

    If you received those items in your character which you doesn't use then try to store those stuffs in your account warehouse so you can transfer it to the character that you want to use.
    Except to your mount just like @Kessie said.
    I hope you can understand now.
