Solved id pasword not match problem

i am having trouble loging in my account in gamez aion..but i can log inn in my website account with thesame id and password,,you guys any one can help me?

Usually, this problem appears when players have special symbols in their passwords or they are way too long, the website accepts it, but the game, no. I suggest to try changing your password into a not too long one without any special symbols, just letters and numbers. Visit here .
