cant log in without doing anything bad to the server

cant log in without doing anything bad to the server!!

its say (IP) its a shop and all are playing here cant login in game we dont use anything... like hack's / bug's.. we play fair and vote every 12hr i will surely to you all that we dont use anything bad to the server

pls check it if were in the banned list hope can fix it plss thank you and more power on the server

 

since its a shop you dont know who enters and leaves the shop, if theres no one in that list that use hacks maybe a certain person that plays on a different time than you guys play in your shop use hack/cheat thats why your ip got banned.

 

with a 6 unit's pc and 5 pc only got aion... and we where the one always play it... so why we can see the one play it and the one not playing..
?

im posting it coz this is the 2nd time we incounter this same problem...
