cant log - in my toon

anyone knows y i cannot log in my toon..it always say preparing to reconnect need 20 minutes to log in the character..what be the possible problem? i just offline my account to enchant my woc2.. i finished enchanting and when i get online again i cant log in my toon...but theres no p[roblem logging in my other toons...please help.. TYVM

 

try fixing it by typing .fix (Character Name)

 

i'm having the same problem, just one char was stuck, after relog a few times trying to fix that char, now i have 6 chars with the same problem.

 

i have toons now stuck....what could be the possible reason???anyone knows how to resolve this, tried to PM AM's ingame no response..=(

 

Probably we will have to wait the next server restart, sooner or later will appear more ppl with the same problem.

 

try to avoid going into Huge Maps such as Norsvold or Iluma maybe its because of the graphics cuz I had this problem before when I tried to go in these kind of maps and now Im avoiding it

 

i hope not...cuz prolly that would take us long to play again...i dont wanna log in my other toon cuz 100% theyll get stuck too...

 

my toon is in sanctum square when i get offline...

 

well I think you just have to wait for the server to rstart or you can Pm some staffs..cuz maybe its hardstucked..

 

ay got SENDLOG with my gladiator toon and now ay can't log it back in. but my other toons are working fine.zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

 

try to change character then log in again your toon it wont log in again..

 

i did and every other toon of mine is working 100% except the one that got sendlog.
