Reactivating Account(s)

Hello,
its i guess 4-5 years now, since we/i played this game on this server and we would like to reactivate our accounts, but one of my friends cant remember what email/id he used here (its long ago since we played last time here). I am asking if its possible to get some hints from the admins in matters of his Login (email/id). Of course we could provide some more info about his Account (gear/race/role/sex etc.)

Perhaps you've logged into Lumiel. Siel is indeed having a higher population than it's European server, Lumiel.
