    Is it possible that my email address to my aion account could be remove? Cause I lost my cellphone and the number I used to verify my email address is in that phone so now I can't access my email account connected to my aion cause it says send verification to my number and how can I verify it without my phone
    So I need someone who's expert in this kind of situation. I just want to transfer my aion to my newly created email address thank you hope I receive an efficient and useful answer

    Open the search tab and type " command prompt ", if you cannot find it, press win + R keyboard buttons and type CMD.

    window key + r then type cmd or go to start, type run, enter, then type cmd.
