Bugg with open GM boxes.

Hello Admins,

We got an issue this evening.A player which wasnt been online for a long time decide to come back to the server.He made the quest for archdaeva so he became lvl 68.
For a long time before he stop playing he was collecting GM boxes.(775 to be exact.) So here comes the problem or a bugg. When he opened them he only got 775 manastone boxes and 0 Berdins lucky star and 0 Arcade tokens.After we noticed this bugg he gone to see if his other toons have some GM boxes left so he found 3 gm boxes and transfered em to his main toon.(the same toon he opened 775 and got nothin.. but manastone boxes and he opened those 3 boxes and he got the berdin stars , the arcade tokens and the manastone boxes.The question is will he be refunded with the GM boxes he collect for like over an year.You can always check his loggs and see he wasnt on for a quite time and now he is back and.... f..ed up prolly from some bugg issue. Purell i hope u look into this question as soon as u can.Thank you guys in advance.

My theory is that the GM boxes were edited later (or perhaps a completely new item ID GM box has been introduced) which is supposed to give the new Berdin Stars and the Arcade Tokens you're looking for. In this case, the old GM boxes which the named player was collecting will not be able to carry these items, therefore, it will not drop the items above.
This meaning, that we can call these GM boxes something like a 'promotion'. The old GM boxes were supposed to give the items they gave, without the Berdin Stars and the Arcade Tokens therefore there isn't a bug.

indeed thats why he gone in other toons and collected 3 boxes i think (old ones) and they opened the berdin star , the arcade and the manastone, so thats not the problem...

 

Recently collected GM boxes will contain Berdin Stars and Arcade Tokens. This means that if your friend had collected 775 boxes previously, they will not have these items. This means that there isn't an issue as the old boxes were never meant to contain these items. If that makes sense

Sadly we will not issue any 'refunds' as there isn't anything to refund at all.

 

Man r you really not reading what im writing..... I told u that he collected gm boxes from toons that was also like minimum 5-6 months not logg in and they got also old gm boxes but it worked...Thats why i started a topic in forum , because we already talked with some GM who was online and he also advised us to write a topic.

 

I decided to log in one of my old accounts just to be sure about your theory, a account that i dont log in since october of 2015, and i got Berdin Stars and Arcade Tokens from the GM boxes there.

indeed that was my point that he logged with toons that wasnt been online for a long long time and it worked.Well lets hope some1 with database access so he can investigate the issue.

That's a lot of GM Boxed that just got wasted. I hope it can be refunded it's hard to collect those specially 775 GM boxes.

 

@Illusions hey he is right. Before in like 4.5 or so it was like you said but now even old GM are supposed to give berdins.

it's bug. i can't open mine too and the Legendary Noble access Bundle. but The NDK bundle can be opened.

 

Earn the new boxes just like how everyone else is did. There won't be any refunds or exchanges for them.
