First Hi!!! I Am New!!!! is a instant level 75 or i need to level up? because to level up until 75 is nice for me and funn if is an instant level with starter armours and weapons pls tell me sry my bad english !!

There is an instant level up to 65, from that you need to work your way to 75 and there are many various methods to do so:

1. You need to complete archdaeva quests, here's a guide . When done, you will be able to continue leveling up.
2. You can use Berdin's Lucky Stars (you get them from Small GM Boxes which are given to you for being online). These stars give you instant EXP. I find it the easiest way to level up.
3. You can also do some quests, but it will take a long time to level up.
4. One more way to gain EXP is to do instances for example Drakenspire Depths.
5. Battlegrounds give EXP also, but I don't recommend joining them since most participants are fully leveled and well geared. However, there is a rift called " IS (Alliance Farm) ", people announce in LFGs when they need players for it, you can try and join it!

About the instant gear, yes, you get starter's gear so it would be easier to start. It's not the best item in the game at the moment, but it's enough to get you started.
