Website Issue old account retrieval assistance

Hi admins and GM can you help me retrieve my account? I've played Gamez aion since 2009 or 2010 but after 2years gamez aion was deleted in our computer shop so i stop playing it. Now this year 1 computer shop in our area has gamez aion and I would like to play again,however I forgot my password because i change it the last time i played but i forgot the new password and i think also my username and also my email address got deleted by yahoo since i am no longer using it.
my character name is Demipriest and I have proof that i Owned Demipriest basing on my old post in the forum and also I save a screenshot of my character since 2010 and the good thing about it i still remember my forum password and email address.
