    Same goes for you. If the guy says 'ARB' it means ARBITER. unless stated otherwise. But since you are from Hungary, I would advise you to visit France for the best specialists.

    I really don't know how these people use hax to make +20 BL item in-game (not using website enchantment). Teach me ser (even if I don't have BL item)

    You get random skill. If you want to change it cost 500 credits but then again it will be random, you can't choose.
