Voting Problem

my friend got this error today.
as of the moment, he doesnt have aion installed to his computer nor any computer shops near his area who has aion, so it is impossible for him to log.in his account in game.

he is saving credit for comeback whenever he get free time and is not busy.
unfortunately, this 7 days log.in is preventing him from doing so.

what other solution can staff offer?
he mentioned, he is willing to tell his account details to trusted staff so that he/she will log.in his account in game and be able to vote again.

I bet they did that to prevent people with vip accounts already due, extended forever still availing the vip voting credits, unless you log on ingame.

It may somewhat unfair to those who can't get online and are saving for future use. If only something can be done to remove the vip status of an account if it has already been due or exceeded the date regardless they have logged in game or not.

 

Tell him to install aion into his computer and to login once a week if he wants to continue voting to receive credits. Staff members will not login into his account or anyone else for this.

 

his internet connection is very bad and is impossible to download such big files. if none of the staff is allowed to do it, then will his account be still okay even if he will not log.in or vote for at least 4 months?
