the log in information does not match

    my friend is having this error when he tries to log in ingame, but on web he can successfully log in with no problem.

    Are you sure he is not trying to log in retail and his capslock is not turned on?
    If he is able to log in the website, he should not have issues with logging in game, it used to be the other way around.

    im trying it on my own gamez launcher and yes it gives an error. he just created the account.

    I doubt it would be the case as it used to be the other way around, but does his password contain special symbols or is too long?
    Another question. Is it a new account that he has recently created? If so, he should verify his account first.

    account is verified, password only 8caharacters without special. i can give you the username if you need it sm.
