I did two campaigns, but I could not get up to 65. Is that a mistake? What should I do?

If you succeed on quests: Covert Communiques and Memories of Eternity, then you should be around lvl 66-68.

If you didn't do these quests, you won't be able to level up in any way. This is your ticket to lvl 75 so you have to get it done.

What do you mean? It's a quest that makes your level cap expand to level 75. Any quest without taking/completing the Archdaeva quest will be useless.

 

I'm talking about dp skills. If you think it's hard to cut the boss mob at the end. I thought I might need a DP skill for this. Is the task dp running or is it running on its own?

 

you dont need to dp'd up just to complete the task..
