Hard to Ups the sea access

Why is it that the accessories are to hard to ups same as the arbiter set Can anyone have advice for me to easy ups

There's no trick to make it easy, its depends on your luck

 

Hahaha I already used a lots of omegas and ts but sadly theyre not at the max ups

Such question cannot be answered. Well, luck is the only thing you'll need, including the stones(TS/Omega Stone).

 

You should be glad that is free to temper your acces man... for real.

 

I used up like 700x+ TS for the SEA CRIT ACCESS to +10 , while the sea magic I used up 600x +TS, so it really depends on your luck on tempering.

 

Got my headgear to +8....I didn't attempt enchant for 3 days.....then tried to +9.......Kaboom!!! back to ZERO. >.<
