Can anyone suggest the best resolution to play Aion smoothly when your laptop specs are: i3 @ 1.7ghz, nvidia 930m and 4gb ram?

That spec is a bit cutting it close to play the game on decent graphics and smoothly at the same time.
You may want to ensure you're not running excessive amounts of programs in the background so you can have the full use of your 4GB ram or most of it , and play the game on below recommended graphics settings, keep shadows off texture detail to medium only and do not use any anti-aliasing (You can find all of these in the graphics settings).

You may also want to try running the 32-bit version of the game and maybe play it at a lower resolution than your native. (For example if your monitors native resolution is 1920x1080, play it at 1400x900 window mode so you can get a smoother experience).

If you have any more questions, send pm a PM and I can help you further.

I already adjusted it to medium and turned off anti-aliasing. Already running it on window mode. I just cant participate well in RvR (the GM event one) when its 24v24. And it really frustrates me. Hahahaha.

(it hides players except their names if they are not in your alliance/group)
shift + f12 is used in zergs to reduce the amount of graphics lags, it usually happens when there are many characters/objects on your screen. it will drastically improve your fps.

There also may be a few other things which can impact performance.

Considering it is a mobile card. What version of windows are you running?
